Literaven.com invites you to participate in our call to collaborate on our digital magazine. All accepted texts will be published free of charge in English, Spanish and Slovenian.
Terms and Conditions:
1.- All texts submitted must be unpublished, the author must have all exploitation rights, and must not be subject to any other deliberation process.
2.- This call is directed exclusively to texts written in Slovenian, Spanish, or English regardless of the author´s nationality.
3.- All received material will be evaluated by the editorial board and, if the ruling is favourable, the material will be published on the website Literaven.com (formerly Literatura.si).
4.- All texts must be sent in Word format to the address call@literatura.si with the subject “Call”. In a separate file, a brief profile of the author and contact information should be put, and in a second one, a signed Author statement, in which the author declares that they accept the rules and conditions of the call and that they allow us to publish their work and translate it in any aforementioned languages. The author keeps the rights to their original work.
5.- Given that we are a free and independent magazine, the publication will be without financial remuneration.
6.- Upon sending your work, you accept that all texts could be subject to revision and editing.
7.- The jury’s decision is final and unappealable.
8.- In case of a negative decision, such a decision will be communicated. Further clarification and communication on the decision is not possible. Please refer to the article no. 7.
9.- If a work does not fit the aforementioned requirements of this call it will automatically receive a negative decision.
10.- The authors who have previously sent us their work and have been published or received a negative decision, are allowed to respond to the call with their other original work. Please refer to previous articles.
Requirements:
Any text that is poetry, narrative, or essay that has a maximum length of three (3) pages is welcome. Times New Roman font, 12 points and double spacing. In the case of using references, they must be in MLA format.
Literaven.com vas vabi, da sodelujete pri razpisu za sodelovanje v naši digitalni reviji. Vsa sprejeta besedila bodo brezplačno objavljena v angleškem, slovenskem in španskem jeziku.
Pravila in pogoji:
1.- Vsa poslana besedila morajo biti neobjavljena, avtor ali avtorica (v nadaljevanju: avtor) mora imeti vse pravice do uporabe poslanega besedila, poleg tega pa besedilo ne sme biti predmet nobenega drugega postopka odločanja.
2.- Ta razpis je usmerjen ekskluzivno na besedila, ki so napisana v slovenskem, španskem ali angleškem jeziku, ne glede na avtorjevo narodnost.
3.- Ves prejeti material bo ocenjen s strani Uredniškega odbora. Če bo ta o poslanem material odločil ugodno, bo material objavljen na spletni strani Literaven.com (prej znana kot Literatura.si).
4.- Vsa besedila morajo biti poslana v Word formatu na naslov call@literatura.si, pod “zadeva” pa naj se navede “Razpis”. V ločeni datoteki naj bo poslan tudi krajši avtorjev profil in kontaktne informacije, druga datoteka pa naj bo podpisana Avtorjeva izjava, ki naj vsebuje izjavo, da avtor sprejema in se strinja s pravili in pogoji tega razpisa in da dovoljuje, da njegovo delo objavimo in prevedemo v prej navedene jezike. Avtor obdrži pravice svojega izvirnega dela.
5. Ker smo brezplačna in neodvisna revija, bo publikacija brez kakršnega finančnega povračila.
6.- Ko pošiljate svoje delo se strinjate, da bo to predmet revizije in urejanja.
7.- Odločitev uredniškega odbora je dokončna in ne zadrži pritožbe.
8.-V primeru negativne odločitve, vam bomo le-to sporočili. Nadaljna obrazložitev in komunikacija na prejeto odločitev ne bo mogoča. Glej čl. št. 7.
9.- Če delo ni v skladu s prej napisanimi zahtevami tega razpisa, bo avtomatično prejelo negativen odgovor.
10.- Avtorji, ki so predhodno poslali svoje delo in je bilo le-to objavljeno ali je prejelo negativen odgovor, lahko pošljejo drugo lastno originalno delo. Glej druge člene tega razpisa.
Zahteve:
Dobrodošlo je vsako delo, ki je poezija, pripoved ali esej in vsebuje maksimalno dolžino treh (3) strani. Besedilo naj bo font Times New Roman, velikost 12 pts in z dvojnim presledkom. Če uporabljate reference, naj bodo te v MLA formatu.

Bases:
1.- Todos los textos envidados deberán de ser inéditos, el autor deberá de contar con todos los derechos de explotación y no deberán de estar sujetos a ningún otro proceso de deliberación. Sin excepciones.
2.- Esta convocatoria está dirigida exclusivamente a textos escritos en español, esloveno o inglés independientemente de su nacionalidad.
3.- Todo el material recibido será valorado por el consejo editorial y, si el fallo es favorable, el material será publicado en la página de internet Literaven.com (antes Literatura.si).
4.-Todos los textos deberán de ser mandados en formato Word a la dirección call@literatura.si con el asunto “Call”. En un archivo a parte se deberá poner una breve semblanza de autor y los datos de contacto. También se debe de adjuntar un archivo donde el autor declare que acepta las reglas y condiciones de esta convocatoria y que da su consentimiento a Literaven.com de publicar su material en nuestras tres lenguas de trabajo. En todo momento el autor conserva los derechos sobre su obra.
5.- Dado que somos una revista gratuita e independente, la publicación será sin remuneración económica.
6.- Al enviar cualquier material se acepta que todos los textos podrían estar sujetos a revisión y edición.
7.- La decisión del jurado es final e inapelable.
8.- En caso de que el fallo sea negativo y después de comunicar la decisión del jurado, no se mantendrá comunicación con los autores. Favor de ver el artículo número 7.
9.- Todo trabajo que no cumpla con los requerimientos recibirá de manera automática un fallo negativo.
10.- Todos los autores que ya hayan sido publicados, así como los de obras rechazadas son bienvenidos a seguir mandando trabajos originales. Favor de tomar en cuenta las bases de esta convocatoria.
